X-wave for Cellulite

X-wave for the treatment of cellulite is a set of special acoustic wave pulses that induce vibrations in targeted tissue leading to tissue relaxation and stretching. As a result the firmness of elasticity of epidermis increases. The acoustic waves stimulate blood circulation and collagen production. Accelerated blood flow and vasomotor activity stimulate destruction of fat cells. We recommend six X-wave sessions once or twice a week. X-wave treatment can be followed with lymphatic drainage to enhance the results further. Although some patients notice immediate results the final result is achieved by six after completing the treatment.

How does the X-wave treatment work?

X-Wave treatments are short, not painful and still highly effective to treat cellulite and help with skin tightening and stretch marks. The X-Wave uses specially modified acoustic wave pulses that induce vibration in the targeted connective tissue. The tissue relaxes and stretches as a result of which the firmness and elasticity of the epidermis increases. Acoustic wave therapy has a complex multilayer effect which means that blood circulation and collagen production in the tissue is also significantly stimulated. Scientific research has proven that the X-Wave treatment stimulates microcirculation in the tissue. An accelerated blood flow and vasomotor activity stimulate lipolysis, whereas a slower blood flow causes fat storage. All of these effects reduce the dimpled effect of the skin that is cellulite.
